The one downside is there was no coffee to be had .. none in the room (which is not unusual in Mexican hotels that aren't run by American companies) but also none in the lobby. This was just a minor inconvenience and wouldn't discourage me from staying again - sharing to give people a head's up"

"The hotel is in a quiet area close to the ruins. There are beautiful gardens around the hotel and surrounding the pool. It is nice for the kids as there is a pool, a movie watching room with a pool table and foosball. Also the area around the hotel is nice for walking and exploring. The hotel itself is designed nicely and the whole place really has a lot of character. The only downfall really is that there is nothing else around as far as stores or restaurants, so you have to eat at the hotel restaurant and it does have limited hours. "
