The V hotel is my family’s favorite place to stay in Ubon Ratchathan. Not only is it such a clean and very modern hotel, the service and housekeeping is impeccable and custom service is superb.

The first day when I checked in, there was no tissue paper in the room, so I asked if there was tissue paper available for me. They replied that tissues are very expensive, usually customers use them for a week (I was staying for 3 nights). Another thing is housekeeping, she always knocks the door, so I was asking her what happened? She said do I want to clean the room? I said no thank you, She made a dissatisfied face to me. and answered me, I had to put a sign saying do not disturb. I agree. I understand. The next day the housekeeping Came back and knocked the door very loudly again After I've hung the sign, she asked me again, Do I need to clean the room?, I said no!!!!!!! She did it every morning, this is my very bad experience after I haven't returned to my hometown, Ubon Ratchathani for 6 years.

Degelijk 3 sterren hotel. Kamers zijn schoon, bed is erg hard en airco maakt veel lawaai, net als de bar naast het hotel en het verkeer op de drukke doorgaande weg voor het hotel. Personeel spreekt weinig engels. Ontbijt is simpel en beperkte keuze.
