My husband and I spent our honeymoon here this past week. We loved the staff. Breakfast was also amazing, and Bayu was the coolest staff member we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!! We definitely felt at home in our villa and want to hopefully return sometime soon :)) 100% recommend.

Photos do not do this place justice! Our 1 bedroom villa with a pool was absolutely stunning. We loved the infinity pool, lounge chairs, outdoor shower as well as their indoor bath in the beautiful bathroom. Breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious with numerous options. We arranged airport pickup as well as a driver for the day and were very happy with the service. We utilized their free shuttle service into downtown Ubud which was convenient and an added perk. We appreciate the close proximity to downtown but being far enough away from the hustle! I also visited the spa and did one of the packages and enjoyed every moment of my services. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Ubud area.

Our villa with private pool was fantastic - very spacious, great A/C and excellent showers (there are multiple!) with great water pressure and lots of hot water. The wifi was surprisingly good (over 100/100). Delicious breakfast that you can have delivered to the villa at no additional cost. Loved that they provided a huge water dispenser with drinking water on the room!

I stayed in one of the pool villas overlooking a rice paddy. The rooms were clean and large but the bed was out of this world! When I checked in there was a beautiful note addressed to me but someone else's name was still on the welcome message on the television.In front of the villas were placing for incense and there were left over offerings that look like they had been there a long time. Attention to detial is part of what makes a hotel unforgettable and this one could be but needs some work. The front desk staff were an absolute pleasure to return to at the end of each day! My favorite part of the hotel was the second swimming pool area.It was beautifully landscaped. Overall it was a good stay!

We wanted a Bali experience and we received it at Dwaraka Royal Suites. The grounds were beautiful, the cultural experience was breathtaking, the food was wonderful. All staff members were so customer oriented greeting us each time, asking how our outing was. Our driver Koming was so friendly, communicative and extremely ethical. I will return here someday.

This Villa is amazing. Staff is super friendly and assisted all of us with personalized attention, smiles and willingness to accommodate anything we want!! We are soo thankful to everyone and specially Koming, our Driver and now new friend!! He had soo much patience with us, his English is great and he made us feel safe, welcome and helped us like we were family!! We will definitely come back and bring more friends! He made a difference in our trip and touched our hearts with Ubud history and the great people values! Thank you Dwaraka Villa and Staff and Koming for all you did for us!!! We love Ubud because of you!!!

The hotel was ok. Not worth $700 USD a night. We showed up at 8pm and the room was not ready. We asked for a late check out and they said no. This hotel is worth $300 USD at best. The breakfast was ok but the location is also my ideal. Rough!

Our little slice of heaven

We have been coming to Bali and Ubud for over 20 years know. After staying in many different places we finally found Dwaraka Villas which without doubt is our favourite place of all. This was our fourth time staying there. We always get the one bedroom villa with a pool and view of the rice fields. It is our little peace of heaven. So comfortable, so quiet and completely private. We never want to leave. The staff are an absolute delight, the breakfast are wonderful and can be huge if you are hungry . There are now several goo restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity so if you have days when you don't want the hustle of Ubud itself you need have to. Don't miss this place. It is perfect.

A very pleasant stay indeed. Extremely friendly staff and I found them to be very accommodating and helpful. The resort is on multiple levels so it has quite a few stairs, The gardens are beautiful and well looked after. The breakfast menu is quite broad so I would be surprised if there isn't something to temp your taste buds. The evening meal options in the restaurant were also good. Rooms cleaned daily and our pool was also maintained daily. Yes I would recommend this resort to you as long as you dont have mobility issues.
Just be aware the resort has lots of stairs.

We felt pampered, with our every needs considered by the super helpful staff. The setting is stunning and the atmosphere is peaceful, while the center of Ubud is about a 15 minute walk away. The price for all of this is incredible reasonable. This hotel is a fantastic deal.

I chose this hotel because they advertised a gym. There was no gym available and I asked for some compensation but they refused. Also if you cannot do stairs DO NOT choose this property especially since the stairs are uneven heights and the outside lighting nearly non-existent - very dangerous for most people unfamiliar with the property. If you fall, it will be onto stone steps. The most discouraging thing was when I expressed dissatisfaction and asked staff to address my concern, the answer was always the same - I have to call the manager and will call you on your room. I was never called and can only assume that once I walked away, staff considered the matter closed. I’m really considering disputing the charge for the room as the service was so poor and the facilities not as advertised. Another interesting fact is that no one ever apologized for the false advertising so I guess that’s how they do business. Go to Westin or somewhere more reliable IMO. P

Hôtel très agréable. Villa piscine avec deux chambres très confortable. De style traditionnel la villa est grande et propre. La piscine bien qu’un poil fraîche offre un moment de détente après les excursions. Le petit déjeuner à la carte est excellent, beaucoup de choix et en quantité.le personnel est également tres sympathique. Le thé de l’après midi avec une petite collation est offert tous les jours. A 5 minutes en taxi du centre ville mais il y a également une navette toutes les deux heures à disposition. Le massage au spa est super. À recommander
