Serene experience

The perfect stay

Had the stay at Tanadewa hotel. The room was spacious and cleaned daily with great facilities. The staff are a great asset to this hotel, so willing to help. The food was very tasty and affordable. Will recommend a 100 %. Good and quiet location and they offer a free shuttle to central Ubud. The pool area was my favourite. Loved everything really.

We had a superb stay at Tanadewa, the rooms are very large and the beds comfortable, delicious breakfasts, the swimming pool almost all to ourselves with an incredible view of the vegetation. We tested the spa, and we had a great time during a 60 min massage. Everything was perfect, thank you.

The hotel was not the resort that I imagined. While the pool area was nice, no one come to take your order. The breakfast is very disappointing especially as a vegetarian. The towels in my room looked old. Ants everywhere in the bathroom. Outside of that, the beds were comfortable.

Everything is great. Staffs are helpful and friendly. It’s so nice of them arranged a small cake for my son’s birthday. Location is away from the town center about 20mins driving distance, not the most convenient, but not too bad to trade off for waking up to a nice quiet greenery view. Rooms and open pool are nice, enjoyed the spa experience. Food are delicious, highly recommend the Tom Yum soup. The only issue were frogs and big spiders came into our room, probably something to improve with the sliding door. The rest are great and would recommend to my friends.

Tanadewa is a fantastic resort for absolute relaxation...people are just so kind and professional. It lacks communal social spaces to relax and meet with friends. Especially closed air conditioned areas in day time. The Villas are great how ever need to be fully secured from roof etc... We had frogs in our room several times., which was not great.

Overall we had a good time at the property I was a little disappointed with the insane amount of money they charged when one of the shampoo bottle lid was broken by mistake. Staff charged me an insane amount of $36 which just spoiled the joy we had in the hotel. I guess the management should not put these bottles in an awkward area where you might drop them while talking shower.

Poor Management, but a very nice place

Very nice place and nice staff, BUT very poor management. It seems a mistake was made between hotels.com and the resort. We have booked breakfast and room for 5 persons, also confirmed by hotels. However, the resort claimed the bill for the fifth person. I informed, that our booking was correct. The resort informed they will give free breakfast for the fifth person, but we had to pay for the stay - for the fifth person.. When you are on vacation, you do not like to argue and discuss.. so we paid, but what a poor service/Managemnt skill!

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel listing is somewhat misleading! There is a large construction site which is viewed from the pool- it’s also extremely noisy, this can also be heard from the rooms early morning. The hotel is old and run down. There is also no atmosphere- it’s dull, old and not inviting. The GM was kind enough to assist us with finding another hotel - this in any case ended up costing me an extra £450 even after receiving a refund for the nights we didn’t stay. Expedia were rubbish at helping us move and miss-sold this hotel.

Wirklich Empfehlenswert! Sauberes Zimmer, gute Lage und extrem nettes, sowie zuvorkommendes Personal, dass bei jeder Frage weiterhilt. Durch ein tägliches Shuttle kommt man sogar umsonst zu bestimmten Zeiten in die Innenstadt. Die Spa behandlung war sehr angenehm. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und hat eine gemischte Auswahl, die im Zweifel auch schlichte Pommes enthält. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut. Besonders die Gerichte, die man in der Küche bestellt, sind empfehlenswert. Ich und meine Zwei Mitreisenden waren froh dieses Hotel gebucht zu haben und sehr glücklich mit dem Aufenthalt!

All I can say, one of the best hotels I have stayed in Bali. Everything is wonderful. The view is spectacular, staff are very friendly kind and professional. Service is amazing. It’s very quiet place, so if you like to escape to nice and peaceful place, this place is for you. Thank you for looking after us from the minute we arrived till we left. Thank you for our little sweet present. We will definitely be back one day

Bonjour établissement sublime personnel très très agréable chambre parfaite mais le seul bémol ce sont les travaux toute la journée et tous les jours de nos vacances. La piscine avec la musique et le marteau piqueur franchement c’est pas agréable ni reposant même si on comprend tout à fait qu’il y ai besoin de faire des travaux mais tous les jours c’est dommage
