We love Umaya

Umaya location is a close walking distance to the main city area of Ubud however it is set in a tranquil position next to the Monkey Forest and escapes the city noise and bustle. The rooms at Umaya are beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The pool is refreshing, the food is phenomenal, and the service is without fault. Umaya staff put every effort into making our stay in Ubud memorable and we hope to return as soon as possible. Thank you Umaya.

Romantic Cosy Villa with Private Pool

Villa and Service were fantastic! Clean and super comfortable, and the private pool was great to cool off morning afternoon and night! We did not eat our complimentary breakfast as we liked to go out for a walk and get breakfast in town. The only thing that let our stay down was the massage we had..... the therapist talked to each other the entire time, and forgot what they were doing. Great spot, quick easy walk through the monkey forest to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back, just won’t book into the spa!

Umaya villa is great location and personal

The family villa was located next to restaurant and with 2 big bedrooms - both separate bathrooms and pool for use only the villa. Personal and nice staff.

Perfect bungalows near Monkey Forrest

Really loved my stay at Umaya Ubud Villa. My bungalow was clean and the bathroom is beautiful. It really is close to Monkey Forrest, in the morning you can hear the monkeys running over the roof. But it's still quite at night. Breakfast was great and the staff is really really nice and are willing to help you with everything. Every night when I got back "home" my room was ready for calling it a night:), great service (even when I returned in the afternoon for a swim, a nap and went out for dinner, they would made the bed again). Please note that the bathroom is situated outside the bungelow and semi outdoors. If you don't like to be that close to nature, than this might not be for you (same for the monkeys). For me Umaya was the perfect start of my journey. I would definitly go back if I ever return to Ubud. And before I forget, the bed is big and comfy.

Super hyggeligt og pænt hotel med meget hjælpsomt og imødekommende personale. Placeringen er også i top, lige ved siden af Monkey Forest, og 10 min. gang til Hanoman Street

Very nice villa with two bedrooms in prime location next to Monkey Forest in Ubud. Extremely helpful staff, free afternoon tea and welcome foot massage, great breakfast, good beds and bathrooms. Only slight disappointment may be the busy scooter-highway next to breakfast restaurant, which may slightly annoy those seeking quiet in the morning. On the other hand, you can order breakfast to the room...

Adorable stay with monkeys!

Nicely decorated rooms, comfortable bed and most accommodating staff. I was welcomed with a free foot massage that absolutely wonderful. Semi outdoor bathroom is nice and spacious. It is right beside monkey forest so be prepared for a little bit of noise. Scooters going by the road next to the restaurant and monkeys stomping on the roof in the morning. I thought it added to the charm.... The monkeys at least.

Exceptionnel

Superbe petit hôtel par le nombre de chambres, mais topissime en ce qui concerne la chambre, le service et l'acceuil. Vraiment très bien placé, a 5 mn a pied du début d'une des 2 rues animées. Un personnel extrêmement attentionné, un relationnel de grande qualité. Vraiment incomparable.

Paradise in Ubud, will stay again !

Charming Villa. Very impressive. Attached to nature. Frog singing, rooster cawing, monkey sat on the wall, love it! Warm staff hospitality. Clean, comfy rooms and private pool. Locate at a quiet and peaceful spot but still easy access to Monkey Forest, Ubud center within 5 mins walk but you will need a torch at night. The villa provided flash for us even before we asked, proactive service, thousand likes+. Welcome drink and 15mins foot massage for free, great ! Everyday inclusive breakfast and afternoon tea with Balinese cake, delicious! Staffs are helpful, like family members. Enjoy every moment staying in the villa. Cozy,warm,welcoming, feel like my home in paradise. Well managed villa and the team. Definitely will stay again.

Paradise in Ubud

This villa was A+ and so romantic. Had 1 br villa with private pool and it was so tranquil. Staff were brilliant and could not do enough for you. Highly recommended. If you're petrified of monkeys, don't take plastic bags or drink if you go walking and you will be fine. I'm terrified of them but the concierge advised me of what not to do and they didn't come near me. The villa is right beside monkey Forrest

3박 숙박했는게 몽키포레스트와 가깝다는 점이 좋았습니다. 자연친화적인 디자인이 좋았고 자연가 가깝가보니 벌레는 좀 있오요. 아침식사때 지붕으로 원숭이가 올수 있으나 문닫고 드세요. 직원들이 매우 친절해요. 가격대비 훌륭.
