"The room was clean bright and ultra modern. Staff was very helpful, although office is only open 3 to 8 PM. Outstanding location right next to Milan Central Station. The only thing that was missing is a place to hang clothes. Has washer."

"Extensive black mold in the bathroom on the walls and ceiling. I kept the bathroom door shut the entire time to not breathe the spores. I had to go buy toilet paper, soaps and wash cloths upon arrival as there either were none or was not enough. Loud screaming neighbors every evening in the neighboring apartment. The heat worked very well & the remainder of the apartment was very clean and confortable. The bed was very comfortable also. "

"We enjoyed our stay here m, the lack of air con in 35 degree heat was a struggle but 2 fans were provided, the curtains were see- through meaning we were in the dark a lot so people couldn’t see us which was another let down. The place was practical and well furnished "
