"Great location, near everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Parking very difficult, but that is true everywhere in old Palermo. They have a good valet service though. Bed is foam - a bit soft for us and quite hot, but it worked. Overall a great place to stay"

"The breakfast was good. They should put a ramp for the step in the breakfast room. We saw a man fall and thank God he didn’t break anything. The annex is so inconvenient to walk a block and 1/2 to go to breakfast. They should only put young people in the annex."

"Excellent hotel close to the city centre with its pedestrianised area and attractions. Traditional and comfortable. Cosy but freshly decorated room. Hospitality tray. Comfortable communal areas. Excellent breakfast. Staff could not do too much for you. Bus from airport stopped about 150m away, so easy to access. Would thoroughly recommend."

"A/C not working. Apparently shut off as to the time of the year and local ordinance? Bare bulb lamp, no shade. 4 hangers. Bathtub/ shower had mildew stains, drain plug laying on the side of the tub probably due to the fact that drain was very slow so we are standing in dirty water. Asked to change rooms which is being accommodated for days 2 & 3, haven’t seen that room yet. "

"Nice, modern rooms and great to have two single beds for the kids. Staff was great and nice valet service for having our rental car parked. Good location in the Palermo city center with plenty to walk to. The breakfast provided at the cafe down the block wasn’t that good, so would recommend taking care of breakfast yourself. "

"To be honest, I am giving 5 stars for Linda in the bar and kitchen staff. She goes over board when my friends told her it is my birthday while me and friends are having a drink at the bar! The management I have been messaging to make it special for my birthday but done nothing even just a welcome sweets or card and didn’t even get back to my message! Linda made it happen anyway! So 5 stars for Linda! Keep up the good work! You are definitely a star!"

"This is a charmingly styled apartment. The bathroom has been recently renovated, the bed is comfortable, and the terrace adds a lot to the overall experience. The neighborhood isn't very lively, but it is quiet and safe. However, as is often the case, the beautiful photos set high expectations that are rarely met in reality. That was my experience with this place. For example, the balcony is not part of the living or sleeping room, but you have to cross an entrance hall to reach it. It's not a big deal, but I used it less because of that. The kitchen table is hard to sit at for an extended period; a shelf between the table’s legs makes it impossible to keep your feet on the floor. The doors between the living room and the entrance hall were rattling in the wind (in February), and I had to put a chair against them to muffle the noise. Overall, the place has its charm and character, is spacious, and the terrace is a genuine highlight. That said, you may want to temper your expectations a little — in my case, the price and 'exceptional' rating promised more than the place delivered."
