"Very nice and comfortable hotel in a nice location in Palermo. Safe and walkable to most locations! All staff were very attentive, friendly, and helpful!! Would highly recommend. "
"I want to be fair on my review. The property charge extra 30 Euros for checking in after 6pm. I found this no good since traveling carries certain schedules, I consider 8 or 9pm is a common time to check in into any B&B, Hotel, etc. I do respect their rule.
Also, the property did not disclose in internet that the bathrooms are shared. I understood every room has their own bathroom, it is not the case.
When you arrive you find a building, with many apartments where regular people live in. There is no an assigned desk or place to check in, you have to start wondering how to reach out. A neighbor told me that I should contact property through Whatsapp, once I did a guy came down to the gate/door and take you into an elevator and then to the property. To be honest and with all respect I feel awkward and a bit scared by the man. At the end, I looked for another property.

"Very nice and accommodating staff. The location is smack in the middle of the old centre. Beware that getting a vehicle to the hotel is like getting to your seat at a rock concert with a pickup truck; that is to say, doable. "
"I like everything about this hotel. Location is just perfect. You can easily go to station. You can easily visit the center, shopping areas. Close to tourist attractions.
Breakfast is sufficient and view is nice. And the staff is so helpful. Definitely recommended. And most importantly room is clean. Thank you for everything."
