Stephi and Elanora were very helpful -nothing was too much trouble Breakfast was included -plenty of choice even though nothing was cooked. "Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and...

"The appartment itself was ok: renovated building, lots of space, clean, several eating options closeby... There was actually an elevator contrary to what was listed on Expedia, a nice surprise. My only minor gripes were that the mattress was too soft for my taste and the TV quite small. However, I had two more important concerns which negatively impacted my stay experience. "Fantastic location with easy walkable distances to all major attractions. We are a couple in their mid 60’s-70. Restaurants and shopping galore right outside the door. Building was super quiet without road or pedestrian noise. Rooms were clean with modern amenities. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Great find!"

What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions.
