Very big room and right in the middle of historic Palermo with all the shops and dinning. Also, great made to order Breakfast each day from a very helpful staff.

Every aspect of our stay was amazing. Two of the hosts - Michele and Ivan met us at the front door, and insisted on carrying our bags upstairs. They then sat us down for coffee and canolo, before explaining what sights we should see in Palermo. The room was immaculate, and even though we were unable to partake because of our schedules, the breakfast options looked amazing. The property is beautiful and well kept and is also very close to the beach.

We stayed only for the night before our flight out but it is well-located so we could have a last walk into the historic center. When we couldn't be there for breakfast they prepared a carry out breakfast which was excellent. Beautiful rooms.

Great location. Excellent decor, staff and everything else

An amazing place to stay in Palermo. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a huge plus. Safe area. Near breakfast spots, shopping areas, and local transportation. Hosts were very nice and gave us recommendations for places to eat. Would book again!

Highly recommend the property. We had a nice and large modern room with a/c and heat. Kettle and tea. 10 minutes to train station Centrale, where you can also take the airport shuttle and buses to everywhere. Breakfast on rooftop with spectacular views. Everything touristic easily walkable, restaurants galore. The only issue for some people would be that you have to walk up to the third floor, no elevator in the old palazzo. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were not disappointed...

We just left Palermo and stayed at Palazzo Ventimiglia for 3 nights. Gianluca was an excellent host, going out of his way to help us. The location was great. We took the airport bus to one of the main plazas I walked to our hotel about five minutes away. You have to go through a small entry and asked the man parking the cars for entry to the elevator of the hotel. It is located in the courtyard just off the main street it is very clean and must have just been remodeled. The owner is very knowledgeable and will try to save you money on your tourist desires. The property is gorgeous and the building is very well maintained. The seaview to the harbor and ocean is serene. There is no noise from the marina or harbor. Staff was very attentive. The rooms were not missing anything. They were generously outfitted with robes, pool sandals, pool bag etc. we had a very memorable stay.

Loved the place. It’s beautiful, clean, and couldn’t be in a better location. Arrival by car was excellent with valet parking service. The owner personally welcomed us and made us feel relaxed, explained everything well, and gave us great recommendations for Palermo. The only thing that was not great is that we were 15 mins late to check out (at 11:15) and the person at the front desk made a big deal about that. Our room has a fun music theme. It was very comfortable. Breakfast, which was included, was delicious and our host Luca was very attentive. There is a lovely terrace where you can have breakfast if the weather is good. The location was perfect for exploring Palermo on foot. Luca gave us excellent recommendations for dinner. The rooms are a few stories up so I wouldn’t recommend it for someone who has accessibility problems. For us, it was a perfect location.

I had a beautiful private balcony. The breakfast was fantastic each morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean, the shower was hot, I was very happy.

It was amazing, and we wished we could have stayed longer! The front desk staff we extremely friendly and professional, the room had an incredible view and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Sicily.

Excellent boutique hotel located with easy walking access and proximity to Old City sites. Charming room with high ceilings and large private balcony adjacent to reception/bar/breakfast room/lounge on the top floor. Effervescent staff who are eager to suggest best ways to spend time in Palermo and make dining reservations on behalf of the guests. Reception hours are limited to two shifts organized around breakfast (served 8:30-10:00) and afternoon/evening (4:30-8:30).

I booked here based on the great reviews on hotels.com and I am glad I did. The room was simple but not boring. Everything worked as it should. Friendly service. Hotel is in the middle of everything. Easy walk to the beach and main plaza. Easy access to city bus that can take you to Palermo in 15 minutes. I would stay here again for sure. Favorite hotel in my 3 nights in Sicily.
