We stayed only for the night before our flight out but it is well-located so we could have a last walk into the historic center. When we couldn't be there for breakfast they prepared a carry out breakfast which was excellent. Beautiful rooms.

Great location, Martina was incredibly helpful and courteous and made checking in a breeze. Breakfast was really great and the room was elegant, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This property is an oasis of quiet in a noisy city. The private garden is beautifully landscaped with a small swimming pool. Our room and bathroom were surprisingly large, with high ceilings. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff is helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

It was amazing, and we wished we could have stayed longer! The front desk staff we extremely friendly and professional, the room had an incredible view and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Sicily.

Highly recommend the property. We had a nice and large modern room with a/c and heat. Kettle and tea. 10 minutes to train station Centrale, where you can also take the airport shuttle and buses to everywhere. Breakfast on rooftop with spectacular views. Everything touristic easily walkable, restaurants galore. The only issue for some people would be that you have to walk up to the third floor, no elevator in the old palazzo. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were not disappointed...

An amazing place to stay in Palermo. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was a huge plus. Safe area. Near breakfast spots, shopping areas, and local transportation. Hosts were very nice and gave us recommendations for places to eat. Would book again!

The property is gorgeous and the building is very well maintained. The seaview to the harbor and ocean is serene. There is no noise from the marina or harbor. Staff was very attentive. The rooms were not missing anything. They were generously outfitted with robes, pool sandals, pool bag etc. we had a very memorable stay.

Palazzo del Poeta is spectacular! After a very challenging drive into town (so many missed turns and one-way micro alleys!), we were feeling a bit shell-shocked at our first time in bustling Palermo. The Palazzo is a sophisticated, quiet, almost glamorous oasis that we really needed after exploring this amazing but sometimes overwhelming city. We just left Palermo and stayed at Palazzo Ventimiglia for 3 nights. Gianluca was an excellent host, going out of his way to help us. Honestly, in all my travels, I have never stayed at a place with better service. It is located on the Main Street in Palermo, one block from Quattro Canti. We walked to all the major landmarks. Loved the place. It’s beautiful, clean, and couldn’t be in a better location. Arrival by car was excellent with valet parking service. The owner personally welcomed us and made us feel relaxed, explained everything well, and gave us great recommendations for Palermo. The only thing that was not great is that we were 15 mins late to check out (at 11:15) and the person at the front desk made a big deal about that.
