Bright, large vacation apartment "La Perla Seapearl" close to the lake

It smells like summer, the sun is glistening on the lake and our guests are thinking... Nice to have you here, dear vacation. Anyone who has opted for this 90 square meter domicile has also booked a real vacation atmosphere. Because this is much more than just a good place to spend the night. It's a place to sit on the terrace and celebrate life. One that offers space for 6 people and casual vacation days at the same time. And one that is very close to the lake.

Anyone moving into the 90 square meter temporary apartment might well think: "Someone must have stolen our wish list here". The central meeting point of the four-room apartment is the open-plan living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. You can sit together comfortably on a corner sofa and an armchair. Pssst! Two equally equipped bedrooms with large box-spring beds ensure a restful night's sleep and plenty of storage space for clothes. In another (passageway) room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two more people. And in the daylight bathroom? Our guests are welcome to take a lucky shower.

Bicycles can be parked in the double garage in front of the house.
Free parking is available along the street. The fireplace may no longer be used due to new legal requirements.

schöne, helle und gemütliche Wohnung

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. alles war gemütlich und hell eingerichtet. Die Kissen zum Schlafen waren leider zu Empfehlen. Obwohl das Haus am Hang liegt, konnten unsere Kids super im Garten spielen und hatten dort viel Spaß. Das Haus selbst können wir weiter empfehlen. Zu Fuß konnte das Ostbad erreicht werden und mit dem Rad oder auch zu Fuß das Kaufland zum Einkaufen.

Gediegener Aufenthalt

Wir hatten zu dritt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der sehr gut eingerichteten (Geschirr und besteck volständig und neu, brauchbare Küchenmesser!) Ferienwohnung mit einer schönen Aussicht. Man sieht, daß sich jemand Gedanken darüber gemacht hat, wie eine angeehme Umgebung aussehen sollte.

Perfektes Hauptquartier für Bodensee-Radurlaub

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung absolut in Ordnung. Betten und Bettwäsche Klasse! Straße tagsüber etwas laut, Terrasse aber auf der Rückseite des Hauses sehr ruhig. Ideal für Radurlauber ist die Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder in der Garage des Hauses.

Zentrale Lage in Überlingen; schöne helle grosszügige Wohnung mit allem, was es braucht; leider etwas stark befahren (zurzeit viele Baustellen in Überlingen, welche auf der Nussdorfer Strasse mehr Durchgangsverkehr verursachen); strenger Geruch in der Garage infolge Abfallcontainer.

Lieblos und unterdurchschnittlich ausgestattet

Leider hat uns diese Ferienwohnung in keinem Punkt begeistert. Das Bad ist viel zu klein für sechs Personen und bietet keine ausreichenden Möglichkeiten um Handtücher nach dem Duschen aufzuhängen. Im Wäschepaket sollten neben Bettwäsche und Handtüchern auch je ein Geschirrtuch pro Person enthalten sein. Tatsächlich gab es aber nur ein einziges für eine ganze Woche bei sechs Personen. Die Küche hat im Bereich der Spüle und der Arbeitsplatte keine direkte Beleuchtung. Nur die Deckenlampe erhellt den Raum auf sehr ungemütliche und unpraktische Weise. Der offensichtlich extra angefertigte Küchenblock ist schlecht durchdacht und furchtbar unpraktisch. Die großen Schubladen sind nicht gebremst und schlecht zu greifen, sodass sie ständig laut zufallen. Das Kochfeld ist dilettantisch in die Arbeitsfläche eingelassen, welche von großen Rillen unterbrochen ist und somit das Reinigen erheblich erschwert. Der Wasserkocher ist viel zu klein für sechs Gäste, wenn man Tee trinken möchte. Man muss mindestens zweimal Wasser aufsetzen, um die Kanne voll zu kriegen. Tassen und Gläser sind nicht genügend vorhanden, ebenso Teller und Besteck. Nach jeder Mahlzeit muss gespült werden, um ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck zur Verfügung zu haben. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung der Küche eher schlecht. Bretter, Messer, Pfannen sind zu klein und das Kochen macht so nicht wirklich Spaß. Einen Besen für die schnelle Zwischenreinigung gab es nicht. Dafür einen schlecht funktionierenden Staubsauger. Für den Kamin gab es kein Holz- für die Kerzen kein Feuer. Der Garten ist überhaupt nicht angelegt. Es gibt keine Pflanzen rund ums Haus. Eine einzige Rindenmulchwüste aus der das Unkrautvlies an vielen Stellen hervorschaut ist nicht schön. Die Terassenmöbel reichen nicht für sechs Personen. Aus dem Schuppen nebenan kann man Stühle holen, sollte sich aber vor den Wespen über der Tür in acht nehmen. Der Tisch ist trotzdem zu klein zum Essen. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer (zur Terrasse und zum Schlafzimmer 2) mit Klappcouch, die bei Anreise erst von uns ausgeklappt und bezogen werden musste. In diesem Raum hab es lediglich eine Deckenlampe als Beleuchtung. Keine Leselampe. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein sehr kleines Doppelbett, dass nicht für zwei Erwachsene reicht. Das andere ist normal. Der Müll wird in der Garage gesammelt und stinkt auch bei frühlingshaften Temperaturen fürchterlich. Der Mülleimer in der Wohnung ist auch zu klein. Fazit: Eine Enttäuschung ohne Seeblick.

Sehr großzügige und saubere Ferienwohnung

Uns hat es insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, jedoch gibt es auch Kritikpunkte: - das Haus ist sehr nah an einer viel befahrenen Straße gelegen - der Garten befand sich in einem ungepflegten Zustand, ein Gärtner hat allerdings an unserem vorletzten Tag seine Arbeit aufgenommen - Leute, welche nicht gerne Treppensteigen (ca. 50 Stufen, von der Straße bis in die Wohnung) sollten die Wohnung meiden, wer es mag, wird der zusätzlichen Bewegung etwas abgewinnen können, für uns war es o.k.

Goldener Herbst am Überlinger See

Beruflich bedingt bewohnten wir im November für mehrere Wochen diese ausgesprochen schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung in Überlingen. Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind einfach klasse! Die Beschreibung und die Bilder im Inserat vermitteln einen äußerst authentischen Eindruck von der Wohnung. Das Frühstück mit Blick auf den Bodensee hatte schon was für sich! Außerdem fühlten wir uns zu jeder Zeit von "Marx managt" sehr angenehm betreut und bekamen bei kleineren organisatorischen Fragen während unseres Aufenthalts stetig eine zügige Rückmeldung. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man das Ufer des Bodensees, an dem man entspannt bis in die Überlinger Innenstadt laufen kann (ca. 10 - 15 Minuten). Die Wohnung ist darüberhinaus ideal an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden. Mit der Seelinie (Bus) kann man bspw. in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus angenehm in Richtung Autofähre in Meersburg fahren, um dort nach Konstanz überzusetzen. Kurzum: Hier kann man es sich zu jeder Jahreszeit gut gehen lassen. Das nächste mal bringen wir dann aber weniger Arbeit mit!
