"This was a beautiful home in a lovely and relaxing part of Bavaria, close to the lake, the mountains, pretty parks and restaurants. It is clean and very well appointed/decorated and the family is lovely and responded very quickly when a lightbulb went out. The pool was absolutely fabulous, it stays warm if the weather is cooler with a cover, and opens for the hotter part of the days. "Schön renoviertes Ferienhaus, leider wohl noch nicht komplett fertig. Keine Mülleimer, Handtuch- und Toilettenpapierhalter in den zwei Bädern. Steckdosen weit weg vom Bett, Verlängerungsschnur am Besten mitnehmen. TV oben, in einem kleinen Schlafzimmer, ging nicht, auch gab es dort keine Nachtschränke oder Kleiderschrank. Dafür war das Zimmer einfach zu klein. Obiges Wohnzimmer, auf den Bildern mit schwarzen Ledersofa zu sehen, hatte kein TV und auch keine Schränke. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer im...

"Great stay. It’s a charming house, big enough for four -almost-grownups. The park is quiet and the house has a beautiful view. There is a mini golf course but that’s about it, when it comes to entertainment. But we didn’t need more, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The the house has a complete kitchen, no need to bring spices, oil, peper/salt, tea or even tablets for dishwasher. I was happily surprised. The owners are really friendly, who responded accurate at emails."

"This was a fabulous house, very well kitted out, comfortable beds, super & plentiful shower rooms, great kitchen & a lovely garden. To have ones own well water was a real treat & the owners were delightful & very easy to communicate with. The road noise was a bit intrusive particularly at night and the road was incredibly busy but apart from that the location is good. Perhaps having more comfortable furniture in the sitting room would have been nice, it is not a very cosy space. However these...

"Wir waren als Gruppe von Freunden mit kleinen Kindern für ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft. Es mangelt hier an nichts und sogar für Kinder sind jede Menge Spielsachen vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie der Übergabeprozess waren absolut reibungslos. Jederzeit gerne wieder!"

"We had a real nice holiday in this little cottage. Everything was just as promised and the village of Reit im Winkl was even more fantastic than we dared to dream of. The cottage is located at the end of a silent little road, yet in a walking distant from the village with lots of restaurants, cafés and shops. Also, the local golf offers many opportunities in two countries. The welcome was warm and friendly and Hans and Brigitte were taking real good care of us and all our needs. Thank you!"
