Only feedback would be for the hotel to create more dinner and breakfast “start times” to avoid the massive rushes in the dining area that created a feeding frenzy with some disgruntled people. "Getting around the property and the shopping center was convenient with the buses provided by the hotel. Lots of washers in the laundry area. I love the individual cabins scattered around the property. Makes it feel like you're in the woods. Great place for families!"

"Need to walk quite a distance from Nagano Station, along the way, you will find Family Mart and Lawson. A quiet and peaceful street in the morning. The view was good from the breakfast area, but my room view is facing the cemetery, though. The overall hotel vibe gives me a 90s feel, but it's clean and tidy. I like their mini bar as they fill it with many complimentary drinks. "

"Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Our room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Hot spring was excellent, relaxing in outdoor one looking up at stars was fantastic. We also enjoyed the breakfast very much…so many choices of delicious food including desserts. "

"It looks more modern than the current picture on Expedia. The single room has lots of space, very close to the station, convenient. They provided everything you need, bath salts, even PJs ! Would definitely recommend and go back again."
