" The hotel is overall okay for the price, but there are a few things to be aware of. The rooms are a bit outdated and could be cleaner – there was some dust, and the bathroom door paint is peeling. The walls are quite thin, so it can get noisy. Especially in the afternoons when tour buses arrive, it becomes quite loud and sometimes continues into the night, which affects the overall calm atmosphere. On the positive side, the parking is a big advantage – it’s included, located directly in front of the rooms, and monitored by cameras, which makes it feel safe. The hotel is also located in a quiet, forest-like area, which is nice. There are shops and a city center nearby. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but you can easily order food like pizza. We didn’t end up taking the train to Amsterdam because getting to the station requires a bus and the total cost for multiple people becomes quite expensive. Overall, for the price, it’s acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement. I recomend"

"Convenience store was right next door. 10 min walk to station. Simple delicious continental breakfast included. Comfortable bed. Spacious room and clean bathroom. Very quiet had good sleep! "

"Unfortunately our stay was quite disappointing. The cleanliness was not good, especially in the kitchen area which did not feel properly cleaned. The apartment was also extremely cold during our stay. There is an electric fireplace, but the radiators were not working at all and the space is very large and open, so it was almost impossible to heat the room. Another major problem was the very strong smell from the farm. The apartment is located directly above the cows, and the smell was very strong even inside the house. Even some of the towels had an unpleasant smell. Outside the entrance there were also strong farm odors and liquids coming from the barn area. The communication and service were not very friendly either. We were informed through the app that the check-out had to be at 10:00 instead of 12:00, which felt quite inconvenient and unfriendly for guests. Additionally, access to the beds requires climbing very steep stairs from the living room. These stairs are quite dangerous and could be difficult for children, elderly people, or guests with mobility issues. Overall, the idea of staying on a farm could be nice, but the cleanliness, smell, heating problems, and service made our stay uncomfortable."

"Lovely quiet place to stay not far from Amsterdam, and an appealing little area surrounding. The area literally smells like chocolate due to the factory! Short 5 minute walk and you’re at the windmills of Zaanse Schans and various educational places regarding the areas history. Really lovely rooms, the patio was lovely to have access too! Only issue was noisy people in a room above, but the staff were quick attend to this, they also offered a room change should we want to, which we didn’t do in the end as didn’t want to make more work for them for one night. Can’t fault the hotel at all honestly, thank you for having us! "

"Wonderful area with nature all around. The walkways are beautiful and lead to lots of amenities. Directions from the train were spot on, no issues at all. My sister and I loved our 4 days here!"
