"Positives Omg we must have booked this hotel by accident, but it was a good accident. It was the best hotel that we stayed at in Japan and the best sleep we had. The room was like a large flat which included a massage chair, a huge queen size bed, breakfast table and 3 fridges one which sells adult merchandise, I basic fridge and the other which has drinks and snacks to purchase. The bathroom was luxurious with expensive appliances including a television, and a jacuzzi bath and all the pampering that you could wish for. Oh, and don’t forget the toilet that washes and dry’s you. Also a huge tv with karaoke facilities. Full Japanese cooked breakfast is included with the price that we paid for and was delicious, it is served in your room through a hatch at the time requested. Tea and coffee facilities and a microwave This hotel is for adults only. With adult extras so ….. Negative - This hotel is located within a complex alongside other establishments providing similar services. There are no local shops in the immediate vicinity, and the train station can be reached with a walk of approximately 10 to 15 minutes. "

"The room and bathroom were so tiny, so we need to squeeze between table and bed, tolet seat and wall. There no closet for your clothes. Many breakfast pictures aren’t what is shown on website. Location is good only for transportation - metro is close by, but no supermarket nearby and restaurant is not available at the hotel."

"During our stay, scheduled housekeeping did not happen. The next day, I reported that washing machine needs filter cleaning, but when I checked that night, it was still so dirty. I need to get a toothbrush from reception desk and clean it for myself or I might not be able to wash clothes that night."

"Room was spacious enough for two. Staff were very helpful. Train station is a 6 minute walk away. Air conditioning was a bit hot but we just opened a window instead. The buffet wasn’t worth it in my opinion but there’s a Family Mart, restaurants and various bakeries nearby. "
