" It a bad place to stay the staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly. The only flaw I could find was the carpet had some stains, but over all a pretty clean place. "

"This property was very nice. Had a real Japanese flair to it. Was very surprised to find a washing machine in the tub area. We were able to wash our traveling clothes the only thing is the drying part of the machine did not get the clothes completely dry, but they were only slightly damp when packing. Closeness to Kyoto station was good as it was just a 5 minute taxi ride. "

"This was a great stay, near a lot of great food options in Uji. The room was wonderful and the staff was lovely. It was harder to find due to it being kind of tucked away with a lot less signage/lighting than i was expecting as the door was locked when we arrived so we were uncertain if we were in the right place."

"Perfect doe a family , kitchen with equipment and Nice eds and good pilows ( not the usual hard japanese types ) .check in. And out very easy .20 min walk to Kyoto station .All in all really food value fof money .!"
