"I had an excellent stay at the Ulaanbaatar Hotel. The check-in was efficient, the staff were very courteous and professional, and the check-out was quick. The room was comfortable, warm, clean, spacious and well equipped. The daily breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The hotel is very conveniently location - I walked to every meeting, restaurant and mall. I will definitely stay at the hotel again!"

"1. 한국인 단체여행객 손님이 많은거 같았습니다. 2. 카드기 넣으면 자동으로 커텐이 열리는데 커텐을 닫고싶으면 오픈버튼을 눌러야합니다. 3. 침대는 일반호텔처럼 푹신합니다. 4. 옆방 소리가 선명하게 들리는게 단점입니다. 5. 현관쪽에 차단기가 설치되어 있는데 이게 고장이났는지 누전이 되는지 자꾸 전기가 꺼져서 화장실 변기사용에 어려움 있었음 6. 이전에 쓰레기가 처리되지 않았고 머리카락이 바닥에 떨어져있는 등 청소가 부실함 7. 조식은 많이 부실한것이 사실임. 전반적으로 만족은 하지만 호텔관리자님은 시스템들을 재점검할필요성이 있습니다,"
