"Location is great, traffic makes it a bit noisy for street facing rooms. Staff was incredibly helpful, breakfast offered a very nice variety and the airport rides were always prompt. I would stay there again. Also, air conditioning was so great after hot Ulanbaatar days."

"Clean rooms, very helpful staff. Good facilities like the bath house.good and quiet location. On arrival was given a room without air conditioning despite being platinum members and had to request a room change. Tv was constantly buffering."
