We only stayed a night but it had almost everything you'd need for a stay. "Everything was perfect,except for the fact Hotels.com didn’t provide me neither with a gate code nor with key box code,I had to ask another person staying in a lodge there to give me a number where I can call to find out all this info. Other than that it was a nice stay,Lodge 14 is very big and clean,hot tub was nice and warm,everything clean inside. Lodge has everything you need for a nice stay. We will definetly come again."

"The hut was amazing & laid our really well. Unfortunately the cleanliness was not up to my standards. There was a squished fly on the coffee table & it required dusting considerably. The bathroom was clean though. We didn't see a member of staff the whole time we were there (2 days) & to contact anyone was difficult too. The hot tub was very nice, but for the money paid I would expect a daily refill of wood. We had to buy quite a bit more to use it. Lastly, they have a carpark for all cars....

"Exceptionally clean room, comfy beds, great choice at breakfast, good food and all staff helpful except the staff member helping with breakfast on Friday morning on the 25th September. I understand my grandson and l didn’t get down for breakfast till 8.45 and they finish serving at 9. However, the staff member kept giving us warning times, we could have been allowed 5 minutes to finish but we got a 4 minute warning, literally, and she made us feel very uncomfortable and was obviously saying it for our benefit. Otherwise a great stay and the reason we have given 4 stars, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Thanks to everyone else who was lovely and very helpful. Diane and Paul."
