편안합니다

온돌방이라는점에 조금은 부족한부분이 있습니다 그래도 온천사용이나 다른 편의시설이용은 좋았어요 식당이나 먹을거리 편의시설이 부족한점 온천에 사용할수았는 물그릇이 작은것만있어서 불편했어요

우선 자연 속에서 휴식하며 시간을 보낼 수 있어서 마음이 편안했습니다. 가격에 비해 숙소 컨디션도 좋은 편이었어요. 스파와 사우나 이용 시 제공해준 쿠폰으로 50% 할인을 받을 수 있어서 더욱 만족스러웠어요. 가장 좋은 점은 온천수이고요. 한 가지 단점은 주변에 식사할만한 좋은 식당이 없어요. 비싼데 불친절하고 맛도 그저 그렇습니다. 가능하면 죽변항에라도 가서 식사하는 것을 추천하고, 아니면 숙소 내 레스토랑을 이용하세요. 꽤 괜찮습니다.

잘 관리된 숙소와 온천수

덕구온천호텔은 지하 1층에 사우나와 스파월드가 있고, 1층에 편의점과 던킨이 있어 편리했다. 오래된 곳 같은데 리모델링을 했는지 시설이 매우 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있었으며 침대도 편했다. 모든 객실에 자연용출온천수가 공급되며 휴식을 취하기 좋은 곳이었다.

국내에서 유일하게 용출되는 온천으로 물이 정말 좋아요. 시설은 업데이트가 되었는데, 일하시는 분들이 조금만 더 웃고 친절했으면 좋겠네요. ^^

물이 좋아서 멀지만 또 방문했습니다. 온돌룸에 묵었는데 방안 온도조절이 안되어 공기가 너무 갑갑해서 힘들었습니다. 가구에도 먼지가 뽀얗게 쌓여있어 좀 그랬어요

잊은 물건 보내주셔서 감사합니다

퇴실하며 룸에 자켓등이 들은 쌕을 남겨두고 나왔습니다. 먼거리를 이동한 후 쌕이 없는 것을 알게 되었는데 찾으러 다시 갈 시간도 없고 포기할 수도 없어 곤란한 상황이었는데 호텔 여직원분이 전화를 주셨네요, 집으로 보내준다고.. 다음날 쌕을 이상 없이 수령하였습니다. 직원분들 서비스 마인드가 확실하시네요.. 진심으로 감사드립니다 !

3류 모텔급 수준 시설 악후됐고 직원들 서비스 태도 최하, 푸드코드 닭강정 파는 직원 서비스 수준 최악 돈만 벌려고 애쓰지말고 대명이나 한화 리조트 어떻게 작원들 관리 하는지 보고 배워라 ... 누가 내돈 내고 이런 계곡까지 와서 형편없는 수준 서지스 받을까. 이러다 망한다.
