"We had a nice sized interior room with good, working A/C. Family had another room w/balcony facing la Rambla. Their room was hot. A/C not working, was given a fan but still quite hot. Staff tried to be helpful but not really. For example, there was construction in the ROOM next door. Front desk said this was construction in the next building when, in fact, it was the ROOM next door. He said he would tell workers to be mindful esp during afternoon naptime hours. Nice, big buffet for breakfast. Good location. Convenient to metro and busy la Rambla area! Our interior room was quiet. "

"Overall had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would say the only thing I would like in the room was somewhere to place my suitcase, it was a pain having to open it on the floor everyday with no where to set it. Also, they should have a way to dispose of bio hazard needles for people that use medication needs and have at least a small canister to dispose of them. The reception desk did not know what I could do or where I can dispose of my needles. Overall the location was great and taxis and buses were just outside the hotel. Will surely stay again on a next trip."

"Room was clean, cold a/c in room, good shower/water pressure, hand held and rain shower head, comfortable bed, had a problem first night up on rooftop with seating but the Manager, Jennifer was quick to make it better. All in all good stay. "

"The staff is amazing and very helpful. Our rooms are nice and clean. The location was perfect! My only two complaints is that (1) I did not find the bed comfortable 😩 and (2) there is a weird sewer smell coming out of the shower. It is pretty strong, not sure though if that is normal… Overall though, we had a pleasant stay. "

"Clean room, friendly front desk staff. Room was spacious. They gave us 2 options, quieter room or with view. With view is noisier but they said it wouldn't be that noisy as traffic wouldn't be bad in the evening. So we took the view option. We should have taken the quiet option...it was noisy. Someone shouting on the street etc in the mid night. Otherwise it was very nice hotel. "
