The front desk was extremely helpful when I lost an item in the hotel laundry service—so grateful they got it back for me! The check-in time (afternoon and evening) manager speaks English which was much appreciated. Excellent amenities and daily housekeeping. If you stay in downtown Ulsan, this is the place to stay!

This was my second time at Hotel the Classic. This time, I stayed there for 12 nights, and I felt very comfortable. My room was cleaned every day and the staff was very polite and helpful. The break room is extremely convenient, especially for breakfast. My only minor quibble was that the room was extremely hot, so I had to sleep with the window open at night and then I could hear traffic and other sounds from the street. But overall, it was a wonderful experience. Komapsumnida!
