The quietly located holiday home in Umag is situated on the outskirts of a purely residential area, approximately 1.5 km from the sea and the bathing beach. It offers two spacious 4-star apartments for up to 5 persons in the attic as well as a small studio on the ground floor. All apartments are air-conditioned, equipped with satellite TV, and provide free internet access (WiFi). The 500 m² enclosed property with lawn area and play opportunities is ideal for families, and pets are also welcome.



The apartments feature bright, open living areas with integrated kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen is modern equipped with electric cooker, microwave, double sink, large fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine as well as crockery and cooking utensils. The living area offers satellite TV, a corner sofa bed for one person and two single beds. Additionally, there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and single bed as well as a large bathroom with shower and bidet. On the 10 m² terrace, lounge furniture, table and chairs are available for shared meals.
