Welcome to our oasis of peace in magical Istria! Located in the picturesque village of Kmeti, our vacation home offers the perfect blend of comfort and natural surroundings. With a spacious 66 m2 of living space and an additional 200 m2 of garden, a feeling of absolute freedom and privacy awaits you.
With space for up to 5 people, our house offers comfort for families or small groups. The accommodation has 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which has a WC for added comfort.
The spacious living room is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, creating an open space perfect for socializing and sharing meals. From the living room, you can access the spacious terrace with views of the greenery and the private pool. The terrace has a cozy seating area where you can relax and enjoy yourself, while the sun loungers by the pool are ideal for sunbathing and refreshing yourself.
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to make you feel at home, while 2 parking spaces are available for your vehicle to ensure convenience and security.
