The hotel is located at a very good spot in town, the staff i met was very professional and cheerful, and communicated clearly. The bed was so comfy

Very central, lots of food! Staff friendly and helpful.

A very unique restored hotel. The restaurant was delicious and the staff was super helpful! Easy parking

I would like to recommend this place to anyone who want to experience something more than just another ordinary hotel! You will find a really cool attraction as well as a great nights sleep in one of the former prison cells. The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is beautifully restored and has an amazing vibe! Breakfast was average, but extra pluss though for friendly and helpful staff in the kitchen. There is also a nice little museum which contributes to the experience.

Clean comfortable room, quiet. Good breakfast. We were there for Umefolk fest, very convenient.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. The room was a little small, but the price wasn't outrageous. The location was close to downtown shopping and public transportation. Reduced-price parking was nice, but spots were taken pretty quickly, depending on the time of day. Overall, I will recommend it to others.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They do not have a breakfast buffet, but you can buy meat & cheese sandwiches or yogurt & granola cups or other items. The most challenging thing for us was figuring out how to get to the parking lot behind the hotel. There are a lot of one way streets, so we got confused but finally figured it out.

Warm, thoughtful staff!!!

This was a great hotel for our stay in Umea. Great breakfast buffet, very helpful staff, roomy room, sauna and workout room available, great central location to use as base for exploring area.

Hotel was exactly what I wanted. Clean, centrally located, friendly staff and quiet. The breakfast was amazing. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel really did feel like home. The staff universally attentive and cheerful. The food was surprisingly good and plentiful. We liked it there.

This hotel was an easy-in/easy-out and had good parking. The beds were lovely after a long day of travel and the breakfast buffet was nicely done with a wide variety of foods.

great stay, staff very helpful

Clean, comfortable, great for families with Big Kids Too! My only complaint is the continuous, noisy fan in the bathroom. We kept the door shut to cut down on the noise. It wasn't until our last day that we discovered how to turn the fan off. The switch was in a cupboard in the kitchen. A switch in the bathroom would have been helpful. Overall, we had a great experience.

Really like the ambiance and the breakfast that is included in the room price.
