We had a very pleasant experience at Costa Smeralda. The check in was painless as the keys were left in the safe for us to collect due to us arriving on a Sunday. The room was clean and although the sliding door was damaged on arrival this was repaired on the same day without us having even made a complaint. The staff were curteous and ensured the apartment was kept clean.
We stayed in unit 13 which had a great sea view and the apartments had safe undercover parking.
