"Clean, super friendly, nice back balcony on stream. Coffee in office. "

"The room seemed pretty clean, but the toilet hadn’t been flushed, the mini fridge still contained items from a previous visitor and it smelled of smoke and possibly pet odor. The front window had been left open (maybe to help with the smell?). The proprietor was friendly despite being woken up at midnight to give us the keys to the room. The rate was much lower than national chain hotels in the same area so can’t complain too much."

"Most impressed with it being pet friendly and child friendly!!!! There were pet bowls and a high chair, bathroom bench and activities for young children. Hot tub was very big, clean and well maintained. Spacious accommodations and all bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Huge tv was great! Would absolutely use again!! Ping pong table was fun. Nice patio areas, table and chairs. We were able to park 3 large cars. Three generations of family and we all thought it was a hit!"

"This was our second time staying at this property and it’s great! The home is clean and well furnished. There are plenty of things to do nearby and easy to get up the mountain to ski. Both times we’ve stayed here it was winter but this would be a great property in the summer as well. We will definitely be back! "

"Cozy mountain home by a bubbling stream. The home was well kept, and the layout provided 'together time' as well as time apart to rest and regroup. Beds, very comfy. Kitchen well stocked. Very close to town of Idaho Springs and many hiking trails. What a treat this was from NC all the way to CO! Will definitely stay here again should we travel to Colorado. Thanks, Ken!"
