Everything were just fine, the breakfast, the service, friendly staff,except for the tv is not working and also the bathroom at the shower spot its smells terrible.. however the bathroom are big and nice..

初日よりお湯が出ないこと、浴槽が焦げており、蛇口が壊れ赤錆の水しかでませんでした。 2日目、私達の部屋のみ数時間停電しており、私達は暗闇の中、過ごしましたが、その間、スタッフはホテルスタッフ以外の女性達とお酒を飲みながら宴会をしていました。　何度も聞いてもお酒を飲みながらまだ時間がかかるとしか言われず、対応されないまま復旧しました。 また、3泊目はエアコンが故障し、下に置いてあった服、靴、本が水浸しになりスタッフを呼んだところ、エアコンの故障はホテルの問題ではなくエアコンの下に物を置いていた私達が悪いとのことで謝罪はありませんでした。 エクスペディアへも数回ご連絡しており、2時間以内に返答するとご連絡いただいたのにも関わらず、ご連絡いただけませんでした。 3泊しましたが、初日よりスタッフへ改善依頼をしていたものの、全く対応していただけませんでした。 エクスペディアへもご連絡していましたが、こちらも返答なしでした。 これまで数回、エクスペディアで予約してきましたが、このようなことは初めてです。 4STARですが、明らかに間違いです。

広々とした空間で、ものすごく過ごしやすかったです。また、部屋に自分たちで調理できる場所もあれば、庭にいつでも堪能できるようなプールもあります。本当に最高でした！但し、部屋にコンセントの不具合は多少ありましたが、全体的には良かったです。
