"The refrigerator in the room was incredibly loud. The breakfast was lacking as the coffee was always out and the people preparing the breakfast did not have good hygiene for food preparation practices. Additionally, we had lukewarm water at best in the shower the entire stay When I called attention to it with the staff, they said I’m so sorry about that. I asked if that was all they were going to do, they said yes. We were provided with two washcloths and four towels for four guests. No ice machine available as they were broken. It’s gone downhill a lot!"

"Breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. Room was excellent with sectional couch and king bed very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay during OSU graduation weekend. Very convenient location "

"Hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was decent. There are 2 type 2 Tesla chargers and 1 other charger that are free to guests. Ask at the front desk so they can flip the circuit breaker."
