"Rooms in older areas are tired,had no hot water for 14 days….. should give 2 stars ,certainly not a 4 star resort as advertised,but the beach,location and most staff were wonderful……. Could be so much better though "

The shower head for one creates puddles of water due to the shower glass not being wide enough and the shower head not having space to be moved. Second thing, there is started molded on the ceiling. "
