Finish off a perfect day at the lake by sitting around the campfire or in the new Hot Tub. The lake front Cabin at Pine Haven has expansive views from a bluff above the water.     Pine Haven is an Enclave of log homes on 8 acres at the end of a gravel road. The landscape is beautiful and accessible. All the log cabins are “Rustic Luxury” featuring modern well equipped kitchens, granite counters and tile or slate in most bathrooms.     This lovely fully remodeled two bedroom one bath cabin is the perfect base camp for all of your lake adventures. Your private log cabin includes a deck overlooking the lake, living room with new comfortable furniture, 55" Smart TV and high speed internet for streaming, fully stocked kitchen with beautiful granite counters, full bathroom with tile shower, two bedrooms with queen beds and memory foam mattresses. Lovely understated comfortable decor. Bring your own firewood or purchase from us and enjoy the gorgeous stone fire pit. The perfect spot to relax and step away from the busy world while enjoying time with friends, family or even a solo sabbatical to rest, recharge and rejuvenate.

    We recommend getting around by boat on the lake, but you can drive to Roanoke airport in 45 minutes.

    Plenty of Water on the main channel. The house is all on one level, and all doors are at least 30" wide. There are stairs to the lake and floating dock which is shared with another cabin. You have room to tie up one boat or two personal water craft at the dock.

A great cabin in a great location. We visited with lots of snow on the ground and freezing temperatures but everything was just perfect. The Marina was open close by so we enjoyed a great lunch there and brought home pizza for dinner. The cabin has everything you would need. Would love to visit again in summer.

The cabin was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location was great! We enjoyed the deck and dock and being right on the water. The hostess was friendly and accommodating. The only thing I would suggest is adding mirrors in the bedrooms to make getting ready easier since there's just the one mirror in the bathroom. :) That said, I highly recommend this booking!

"The Cabin" is great!

The Cabin is well appointed and very clean. The owners are great communicators and very friendly. Access to the lake is down some stairs which is good exercise. We highly recommend staying there. We loved it and plan to come back in the future.

We spent our time taking in the beautiful view from the balcony, driving around and just breathing in the colors of the trees and fresh air. We found a lovely winery and the beach. We definitely will be back

Nice Cabin

The cabin felt clean and is nicely decorated. Kitchen is good. Beds are comfortable. A couple of new cabins being built in the same community so there were construction vehicles, workers, and noise. Would stay there again.

Perfect Fall Getaway

My friend and I needed a girls weekend and this cabin was exactly what we were looking for. It was well equipped with everything we needed, clean, and comfortable. We loved the kayaks and easy access to the lake and spent a lot of time rocking on the porch enjoying the beautiful surroundings. It's a close drive to Roanoke where we spent one morning hiking and great food options closeby. Definitely recommend!

Quiet, comfortable getaway

This was the perfect place for our family of four. small and cozy but enough room to be comfortable. The whole place was extremely clean. We pre-made and brought our dinners for the week and it was very easy to just pop them in the oven. We rented a boat for a few days and were able to keep it tied up to the dock which was really nice. The fire pit is beautiful and we enjoyed that, as well as the awesome front porch overlooking the river!

Ahhhhhh Do we have to leave!

This enchanting cabin was such a treat for us. The location afforded a quick trip into town while allowing a retreat into the woods by the lake for a quiet time of relaxation. Everything was as described making the cabin welcoming and comfortable. I was even impressed with the cleanliness of the porch. There was no pollen to contend with before we settled outside to enjoy the view of the lake. We will be back!

Way to Unwind

Clean, comfortable and well equipped cabin on a wooded lot overlooking the lake with a lot of stairs down to a floating dock if fishing or boating are your list of things to do. There are neighbors quite close, but as we were towards the end of the season this did not disturb our peaceful retreat. Relaxing on the covered deck with a good book and a cold beverage, eating all our meals outside and a drowning a few worms in an attempt at fishing were just what the doctor ordered. Sadly the weather did not allow us to use the lovely fire pit to roast marshmallows, but there's always next time. Check in and out was a breeze and hosts responded quickly to all messages. Think we will be back.
