"I have stayed before with very pleasant stays. This time they were short staffed making this last stay not as pleasurable. Hopefully they can manage to get more staffing. Breakfast was good, parking we used valet. "

This means you are paying for the privilege of waiting for your car as opposed to just walking to the car lot. The rooms were nice and decently clean. The staff were mostly friendly, but the night staff is noticeably more friendly than the day staff. "

"Wonderful hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and aesthetically pleasing. "Chance" helped us to our room and gave us an amazing history of the hotel. He was professional and friendly. The restaurant downstairs was ok. We were able to Uber to The Last Refuge, a converted church/bar. So cool. Make reservations though. The ONLY complaint I would have would be... A towel had orange stains on it, and a bathmat the next day had a big tear in it. Both were clean but should have just been discarded. I would stay there again ! "

"I'm conflicted about this hotel. One the one hand, it's very stylish and looks modern. The art is a nice touch. The rooms are comfortable. Staff is nice. But ... what a terrible night. The walls are paper thin. Heard our neighbors use the bathroom, make love, moan, listen to their TVs. Had such a long night that we tried to sleep in a bit ... but then the cleaning staff was vacuuming before 9 a.m. Would I stay here again? Probably not.
