"We enjoyed our stay at Row NYC! The staff was friendly, the hotel and room were clean, and the location was fantastic—especially for the price. Bonus...the room-darkening shades were honestly the best we’ve ever experienced!
However, the elevator reviews are no joke. There were only two working elevators serving floors 16–28, and we were on the 25th floor. We often waited 5–10 minutes for an elevator and even chose to take the stairs once. Also, if you’re staying on floors 15–16 near the elevators, be aware that you may hear a noticeable thudding sound each time the elevators stop on 15.
Overall, a great value in an unbeatable location, but the elevator situation is definitely something to be aware of when booking."
