"It would of been nice to know that not all fees was paid when I booked with expedia. Having over 800.00 taken out of my account really hurt out of fun and vacation time there. We stay there every time we visit Vegas. But will book different next time cause people just don't have money to have anyone just take it. Love the hotel but the staff at front desk was rude when I asked about charges."
"I did not care for the check in process, I wanted to talk with someone rather than use a kiosk. But there was only 2 people working the counter with a huge line, so I chose to use the kiosk and it was fine, but I had queations I never got answered. The floors in our room were not cleaned. We had sticky things on the bathroom for and candy on the floor near one of the beds."
