"Great hotel! Large room, very clean, easy parking, great staff. Lots of menu options for breakfast and lunch. They do have special brunch on sunday and lunch buffets Monday to Friday also. Didn’t use this time but there is an airport shuttle. Only thing that wasn’t 5* was pool cleanliness and didn’t have a hot tub. "

"Property was clean but dated. Check in staff were helpful. The thrrmostat in the room was not working. The room just kept getting hotter through the night. Very difficult to sleep when it is that hot. When I checked out in the morning and reported the heat problem the check out staff said sorry....and that was it. No compe sation for psying to lose a night's sleep. Very disappointed. "

"Terrible experience!! took 1 hr just to check-inn. Room was horrible-dusty and the washroom door cant be locked!! the front desk guy gave us upgrade to the premium unfortunately the premium wasn't as shown in the picture or as per the expectation. There is a coffee machine with no jar to brew.the floor is dusty. No microwave, no water, one towel and one soap where three people are staying as per the reservation. Didn't meet the amenities as mentioned in advertisement.if you are staying here, forget about the good sleep, I couldn't close my eyes for a moment coz there is a constant noises coming to your room. The most annoying part was- After i checked out, they gave me a call to ask if there was microwave in our room which they didn't see while checking after we left the room!! thats absurd you don't even have a idea what was their on your property and you are giving a call to customer to ask for that as if they took it with them. I would never come back or recommend this place to anybody. POV-- don't trust their premium upgrade scam!! "

"Normal hotel for twice the price loud construction in the morning inside the building! room keeper entered room at 9am without knocking! Window in our room was ready to fall out (room 349)not worth the the price"
