"Rooms and facilities are modern and clean. The rooms are the quietest I’ve been in. Louis is friendly and super helpful. The bunk beds are a bit hard to climb esp after a day of walking everywhere, but that’s just being nitpicky. I wish I had more days at this hostel! Cheers!"

"This facility needs a facelift. Our room looked haggard, desperately needing a paint job. It smelled so strongly of bleach that we had to leave the windows open for the first day. One of the floor's toilets needed to be scrubbed on the underside of the seat for the entire 3 days we were there, and the soap dispenser did not work despite the fact that we notified the front desk staff. "The staff Lucia and Valentina made my stay extra special. Friendly and helpful. The front windows being smashed was a little disconcerting but I understand the context. The lockers in the bedroom could be more logically distributed to bed numbers. Closer to peoples beds. And the communal light being controlled by an 11pm switch off was a little disruptive as I needed an earlier night. I used eye patches but the lesser lighting, on the floor level is sufficient. A fantastic location. Easy...
