"We had Room 311 which had an extremely large floor space and balcony. The bathroom hand two slnks and a wet room with 2 multi nozzled showers side by side. There was also a large spa bath. There was an actual hot tub and sauna on the large balcony. Cost £2600 for 10 days, but I think it was worth it. Breakfast was included and your standard cold and hot buffet. I don't think the heat lamps were working as it was generally not the warm. Nice pool and enough sunbeds. 15 minute walk to the old down."

"The room was very pleasant and clean. Loved having a clothes washing machine. The only thing I can say is the location is definitely not in the “old town”. It is about a 25 minute walk into the beauty of the town. Disappointed that we did not have a very good view of the sea as advertised. None the less, The room was clean, quiet and comfortable bed."

"We stayed at Knossos Estate Villa in Rethymno for two weeks to celebrate my 30th birthday with the whole family, and we had a brilliant time!Communication from the villa host was excellent throughout, and everyone was really happy with the villa. It was very clean, with fresh towels changed on Wednesdays and a full clean after our first week, which was really appreciated.The pool area was a big highlight, plenty of space for everyone to relax, play and enjoy the sunshine. Having breakfast provided every morning was also an amazing perk and made the mornings so much easier with a big family!There’s a lovely little bakery just a short walk away, and Lidl is only around a 5-minute taxi ride. There isn’t a huge amount within comfortable walking distance, especially with children, so we generally took taxis into Rethymno Old Town and the beach areas, usually costing around 12–20 depending on where we were heading.There were just a couple of small maintenance tweaks that would improve things further, such as some of the shower heads needing to be fixed more securely to the walls, but these were minor compared with the overall experience.We had such a lovely two weeks, made some brilliant family memories and had a fantastic 30th birthday trip. We’d definitely visit Crete again after this experience! "

"A fantastic stay. It was so smooth and easy to navigate. We couldn’t have asked for better help. A few things that would improve the villa:- a lockbox on the outside of the house (door is only accessible via key once shut)- the showers need to have hooks to hang or washing your hair is difficult. We would definitely come back, thank you!"

"The staff were very helpful, especially Julia and Monos. They were always ready to help and always smiling. I really enjoyef the stay there. Although it was not close to the beach, there was a bus stop near by which goes to the old town in 11 minutes approx. There were a few shops and pharmacy close by also."
