"He estado en varios hoteles a nivel mundial y la atención es muy bien, pero en este hotel que aparte de estar súper bien ubicado, a un par de cuadras del casco histórico, tienen un personal súper increíble enfocados seguramente en el trato al huésped, resuelve casi de manera inmediata todo lo que puedas reportar en tu habitación (pequeñeces) y están pendientes incluso por la noche. El chico Carlos súper atento y un servicio súper 5 estrellas. Felicitaciones, muy buena organización y bien preparados para recibirnos. El área de piscina es muy agradable y son rigurosos con el horario que está habilitado para usarla por lo que no tendrá inconvenientes para tener un descanso prolongado y sin interrupciones. Se me hace tarde volver. Gracias."

"Viajero Santa Marta is easily the best Viajero in Colombia! I spent about two weeks here on three separate visits, so I know the place quite well. First and most importantly, it's amazing value for money. The quality of the building and the rooms and the facilities is excellent. The rooftop pool and bar are beautiful, and if the hostel is well-booked out, the atmosphere up there is usually great. My only complaint is that the kitchen is too small to accommodate all the guests who want to use it, plus the cleaning staff as well, who also use it. It also lacks some obvious things (like bowls). It could also do with a quiet room for coworking, but the cafe is fairly decent for that (it's just a little loud due to the music). Otherwise, great place!"
Luxury Apartamento en Santa Marta

"We had a great stay at this apartment! It featured two large TVs, which made our downtime really enjoyable. The kitchen was a standout, equipped with a stove that has four burners—quite rare for the area—and a refrigerator with a freezer, making it easy to prepare meals. The hot water was always consistent, and we loved the nice swimming pool—it was a perfect spot to relax. The gated community felt very secure, thanks to the on-site security.The location is convenient, with the bus station just a short distance away, making it easy to explore the area. However, if you plan on eating out or shopping, be aware that accessing nearby restaurants and stores requires crossing a rather dangerous road, so it's not very walkable. That said, it would be ideal for anyone with a car.A couple of things to keep in mind: after 9:00 pm, you’ll need to walk to the gate for any deliveries, which can be a bit inconvenient. We did experience brief power outages three times during our month-long stay, but the host was incredibly responsive and addressed our concerns promptly.Overall, a solid choice for those looking for comfort, security, and a good location!"
