We only ate breakfast on the last morning of our stay but I’d highly recommend it to all guests as it had a great buffet selection to choose from. Swimming pool was a great way to relax after our daily hiking, I only wish the sauna was open from 3pm instead of 5pm. Staying in the hotel you receive a Garmisch pass which allows access to the local buses for free. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and Garmisch is a lovely spot to visit, so much to do and see."

"We just had the best breakfast on the planet! Seriously! Our room was very nice with a few flaws. The carpeting is very old, hard as tile with lots of stains and wear marks. There is a three inch step by the door that is easy to trip over. The water temperature of the small shower varies. We had to park in a dirt lot a block away. The bed was very soft. But the breakfast saved the day and will be remembered. The service was very nice."
