"ジュニアスイートに夫婦で３泊しました。トラムの駅が近くにあり、何処に行くにも便利でした。 フロントのスタッフも親切で、部屋もお掃除が行き届いていました。 バスルームはバスタブは有りましたが、かなり狭く感じました。 ベッドは、硬過ぎず、柔らか過ぎず、快適でした。 朝食の品数は少ないですが、リーズナブルなので、ホテルで食べる事をお勧めします。 EDEKA(スーパーマーケット) も歩いて直ぐなので、お土産もみつかります。 "

"The hotel felt fresh and new throughout. The rooms are well equipped with a fridge, safe and plenty of storage space. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom was also new and fitted to a high standard. The reception and bar area were both clean and spacious with a small shop with snacks to buy. The breakfast was a self-service arrangement with a good choice of healthy options. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book it again if I was visiting Essen. "

"the receptionist was sullen when checking in. We booked 2 rooms, one of them had a coffee machine and one of them didn't. When we told the reception about this situation, some rooms have it and some don't. It means they don't have standards, but while they're advertising, the coffee machine appears to be in the room, so they're deceiving."
