"Despite the horrible rainy, cold weather, we managed to enjoy our trip to Vienna thanks to the staff at Domizil. They accommodated us with umbrellas, directions, and yes even one’s own personal jacket to use for a short tour. The location is 5star in itself to getting to all the attractions. Don’t let the small, dated lobby fool you…the rooms are very spacious with vaulted ceilings and updated bathrooms it’s perfect."

"Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay but the bread wasn’t always fresh. The room attendant didn’t always provide clean towels but hung the used ones back up if they weren’t dirty. The room attendant didn’t always provide new toilet rolls even when there were none left. The safe didn’t have instructions in English and after making the reception aware, nothing happened. I found it difficult to get to sleep as the trams ran right outside my bedroom window. The rooms have no air-conditioning and can therefore be very warm at hot weather. "I stayed for four nights and had a wonderful visit! Staff was there when I needed them, my room was cleaned daily and the location was perfect! There were restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, an elevator, places to shop at and the 43 and 44 tram line literally stop outside your front door!
