Hotel was clean, confortable AND in a great location for transporting yo main touristic points. Perfect for a short stay where you only need a good place to hace a shower, sleep and start with a good breakfast. I recommend ir.

We had a good stay there: people was really kind and the room was ok. However, I recommend you to improve your breakfast because there was a limited choice. I would have liked to find more cakes 😁

Although not in the centre of Vienna, the hotel is within easy walking distance of the Hofburg and other sites. The restaurants around the hotel are a little cheaper also because they aren’t on the tourist radar. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant to talk to. The hotel itself is very nice, the dining area in particular is well decorated. The breakfast was good, with muesli, fruit, hams and cheeses on offer as well as cooked eggs. My room was modern and clean, the bathroom had a slightly odd layout and the shower was a little grotty (not dirty but just typical discolouration in older showers). I really enjoyed my stay and would visit again if in Vienna.

The hotel was okay for what we needed. All staff with the exception of one were excellent. The younger guy on the desk on arrival perhaps could have been a bit more welcoming and given a bit more information about our stay. Would have been really nice to have a kettle in the room or access to the coffee machine available throughout the day. At times it was so cold and wanted to just come back to the room and relax but a hot drink would be nice. The rooms were generally clean. Location was good for the Christmas market and not too far from the airport. Lots of coffee shops, noodle bars, kebabs and pharmacies but choices of restaurants were limited..

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay but the bread wasn’t always fresh. The room attendant didn’t always provide clean towels but hung the used ones back up if they weren’t dirty. The room attendant didn’t always provide new toilet rolls even when there were none left. The safe didn’t have instructions in English and after making the reception aware, nothing happened. I found it difficult to get to sleep as the trams ran right outside my bedroom window. I was woken up earlier than I would have liked because of this. The WI-FI was poor and I ended up using my data as a work-around.

- Dirty room - Air-conditioning didn't work and despite my reclamation nobody would fix it - Nice and polite feminine personnel - the pillows and blankets were dirty, as well as the sofa-bed All and all it was ok, especially the connections to city centre worked well.

Hotel is far and service is bad also.

Hotel was ok not so good or bad. Hotel is far like 25 min by walk from Vienna city center like Opera.Breakfast was not so good, but that Chinese or Korean girl who served breakfast really good and helpful.Hotel cleaning was not good stayed with family 4 nights just changed towels two times, didn't changed bed sheets and didn't clean even bathroom also.Really bad service. If new going guest think hotel is close to city as hotel menion, don't trust on them it's far and old hotel and even they say 4 star hotel, but hotel condition and service is like 2 or 3 star hotel. I don't recommended this hotel for myself or someone else also, if next time, i'll travel to Vienna again.

Leider hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert als ich gekommen bin am Abig war das Zimmer eiskalt. Erst nach Reklamation wurde ein Ofen gebracht der das Zimmer nach 4h auf eine normale Temperatur gebracht hat also erste Nacht im gefroren. Ich hätte erwartet das hier am Preis was erlassen wird leider keine Reaktion. Daher nicht zum empfehlen.

Ottima posizione e camere confortevoli La struttura si trova in una posizione ideale: la fermata del tram è proprio di fronte e la Rathausplatz è raggiungibile a piedi in cinque minuti. La camera era calda, pulita e accogliente. La colazione non è particolarmente ricca, ma nel complesso adeguata. Buona soluzione per un soggiorno pratico e vicino al centro.

Lever ikke op til, at være et 4 stjernet hotel.

Smukt hotel med flot indretning, dog noget mindre end forventet. Specielt parkeringspladsen, der som havde 5 pladser! Rengøringen kunne gøres meget bedre, der blev ikke skiftet sengetøj eller lagn én eneste gang! Trods der blev sat rengøringsskilt op foran døren til værelset. Så blev der kun støvsuget og tømt skraldespande. Hverken toilet eller vask samt spejl blev rengjort, hvilket er for ringe! Ligeledes manglede der opfyldning af både toiletpapir og håndsæbe som vi selv måtte påpege manglede. Morgenmaden var fin, men meget lidt udvalg og dårlig kvalitet af juice. Så alt i alt ikke den størreste begejstring, som man forventede af et 4 stjernet hotel.

Das Hotel macht den Eindruck, auf Verschleiß gefahren zu werden: Lose Handtuch- und Toilettenpapierhalter, der WLAN-AP hängt am LAN-Kabel von der Decke, mit der Tischplatte des einbeingen Tisches im Frühstücksraum kann man Kinderwippe spielen, der Duschkopf ist verkalkt und verschimmelt, der Aufzug defekt... Kurz: Für das aufgerufene Geld bekommt man in Wien anderenorts deutlich besseres.

Service OK. Dame an der Rezeption👌TOP. Servicepersonal beim Frühstück, macht nur das was es muss. Fragen dauern, etwas länger, insgesamt nicht wirklich aufmerksam. Reinigungspersonal: Ein SKANDAL, es gab Blutflecken auf dem Zwischenlaken & Gr. Urinflecken auf den Matratzen. FOTOS vorhanden!!! Zimmer sonst sauber. Bad ok geputzt. Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig! Betten NEU. Laminat neu, knarzt wie ab!
