The steam room is co-ed & mandatory nude! No swim suit or towel allowed! All saunas are nude & co-ed with optional towel. Very uncomfortable at some points. Wish we would have known before hand! Spa services & relaxation room were great though!

Great location. We didn’t have chance to use the spa but the bag of spa treats in our room were a lovely touch if we had. The food in the restaurant was AMAZING, probably the best food of our two week trip (get the pork!)

The room was beautiful! One thing is we were there during a heat wave and our room had no a/c so it was warm. The staff was amazing to say the least. They were so accommodating we felt like Royalty! Super clean. Grounds well maintained and beautiful. We will be returning to Salzano.

This very charming hotel was very comfortable and had a lovely spa attached. The food at the restaurant was so delicious. We had some of our best meals on our trip here at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind.

Wonderful spot just outside the bustle of downtown Interlaken. The food was phenomenal, the staff incredibly helpful, and the spa (especially the whirlpool with stunning mountain views) was the cherry on top.

A gem a little off the beaten path

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The grounds were beautiful, the beds were comfy, and we very much felt at home. The family that owns and runs the hotel is friendly and very helpful. The on site restaurant is delicious. The hotel is a bit outside of Interlaken, but we loved that part of it. It was quiet and convenient to everything we wanted to do.

It is super wellness resort. The wellness area was great. Rooms were very good, and clean, very friendly stuff. The only thing is that it is a bit close to the main road where there are lot of car traffic. But apart from that the hotel is absolutely to recommend.

They had no Aircon in rooms. And you could hear noise in next room at night and we were told not to talk as it was 23:00. We weren’t loud or making any noise and just talking. Too pricy for what they have to offer. Breakfast was good.

Not convenient and a bit rustic

We arrived to no hot water in our room. Needed a shower. They offered to let us shower in the spa. Very inconvenient upon arrival. When we realized we needed to use the spa, the personnel had left for the evening. Our carpet was wet in the room near the windows. Only heat was working and we had to open doors to breathe because of the heat. Rooms were a rustic style which is fine. Somewhat small room. Restaurant was excellent. Best thing about the stay. However, my friend got food poisoning the last night after we ordered room service. We used the spa but as Americans, it was uncomfortable to be in a mandatory nude situation. We only used the hot tub once. We booked massages and they were okay. Not worth the price though if you want more than a Swedish style massage. Nice ladies but wouldn't do it again. Oh, beautiful spa room. Ambiance was lovely. The hotel is a 20-30 min walk into town or you can take the bus. Bus runs 1 x an hour. We used the bus mostly. Walked into town once. It's about $27-28 for a taxi to the Train station. If you can't take the bus upon arrival, I suggest the ease of the taxi or uber. If I had to choose again, I would stay somewhere in town close to shopping and other restaurants and just go to this hotel restaurant for a meal one night.
