Private: garden 500 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, infrared sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage. Grocery 4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Balcony, large terrace. Terrace furniture, box-room. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Living room and kitchen were completely renovated in 2024.
