1. There is a boat that goes from mainland to the island where the hotel is. The boat does not run if there are thunderstorms. No one from the hotel notified us about this and told us that the boat is NOT running now and we can not get to the hotel tonight. "The place is amazing, family facilities. Kids pool, play area, lake swim, playground restaurant, washing facilities. We didnt know the concept before we go. Renting boats and bikes around, amazing family holiday. The ONLY thing is they had a wedding party on Saturday we stayed until 2am, in the restaurant, which was next to where we stayed and it was impossible to sleep! "The location of the flat is absolutely perfect nearby so many restaurants options , shopping , walking distance from the Villach HBF station.
The apartment is in a very good condition, kind of new , kitchen appliances are available, no washing machine though and no AC and it can be very hot.

One downside is there is a Mexican restaurant in the ground floor and it can be noisy."

"Stayed here as a stop over between Vienna and Croatia, would recommend. Very cute, clean, friendly and helpful staff, great food and good bar. Big breakfast spread in the morning for no extra cost. Great location in the middle of town, everything walkable or bikeable. Only downside for us was no A/C in the room, but it was cool at night so we were able to leave the window open. "
