かなりリーズナブルな価格で１人部屋&１泊２食付きの部屋が予約できたことはとても魅力的だった。しかし、部屋の設備の老朽化が気になり残念だった。 家族やサークル、団体旅行などで、大人数ワイワイと楽しむための施設としては最高だと思った。 バイキングの種類の豊富さはなかなか体験できるものではないのでおすすめである。

The Good: The hot spring baths on the 5th floor (inside and outside) are really worth the challenge in getting to the hotel. There is good hiking around the town although the info available from the tourist office is quite limited for those speaking English. The Not So Good: The room I had, although quite spacious, was not very practical. A single thin futon bed was in the middle of a otherwise largely empty space. There is a very low traditional Japanese table with pillows to sit on, but no desk. The bathroom I had was clean, but well... in need of updating. The room is not well insulated and definitely gets cold quickly in early December, without the heating on full blast. There was separate sitting area as a part of the suite, with faded and time discolored couches and chairs. With some investment, this place could be great.

大浴場、露天風呂が温泉で広々としており気持ちよかった。夕食、朝食ともにブッフェで選択肢が多く、楽しかった。施設は少し古いのが気になった。

チェックインのところで、並ぶ列を指示しているが、わからない人が多い。フロントもそれにキチンと気がついておらず、さばけていない。 並んでもらうなら、それなりに手際良く客を捌くべき。 部屋数が多いのが分かるが、廊下、部屋の隅に埃が多い。 露天風呂もいいが、脱衣所の洗面台が髪の毛やらで、結構汚い。もう少し綺麗にしてほしい。

チェックアウトが12時で、午前中、雲仙地獄が近く、楽しめます。屋上露天風呂は爽快でした。バイキングの食事も地元のメニューもあり、良かったです。

之前住過湯快(下呂)感覺很好, 所以再次選擇湯快. 星期六入住, 旅客人數很多, 雖然登記好入浴場時間, 但5樓的浴池有人滿之患, 兩個細小浴池同時都各有10個人或以上. 另外早晚餐飲質數一般, 可滿足飽的須要但談不上美味. 同集團的酒店, 價格接近但原來質數可以相差咁遠!

Great!

The hotel is very large with many guests. Our room itself is spacious. Onsen is comfortable but there's not much view. It's a quiet area, besides the Onsen Jinku, there's not much to see. But overall, the experience is good.

温泉はとても良かったです。 部屋にシャワーが無く、部屋が何となく清潔感がない感じで、外のベランダを見たら、汚くて残念でした。 良かったのは、花火を見れたことです。

Must visit for the Open air Onsen.

Hotel is good but rooms are too old. Especially bath and toilet attached to the room are from early Showa times. Stafff at reception are either extremely nice or too indifferent. Seems to be a management problem. Best thing is the Onsen. Just for the open air Onsen I would ignore the rest and visit again.

友達と楽しく過ごす宿

秋の紅葉シーズン、急遽雲仙旅行を決めました。 立地は雲仙のど真ん中で最高です。 フロントの方の説明はとても親切でしたが、その分時間がかかって長い列ができていました。もう少し簡略化する工夫があると良いと思います。 部屋は清潔で、必要十分でした。 お風呂は最上階と地下の二ヶ所です。最上階しか入っていませんが、十分に広く、混雑せずに入れました。地下は夜と朝で男女入れ替え制のようです。 夕食のバイキングはかなり混雑していました。品数は多かったです。コーヒーを部屋に持ち帰れるのがよかったです。 マンガコーナーがあったのがとても良かったです。チェックアウトが12時だったので、朝風呂を楽しんだあとはマンガを読んでいました。 静かに過ごすというよりは、友達や家族とワイワイ過ごすような宿だと思います。
