"customer service was quick and attentive in answering all my questions. We never used Latch to check in and we were worried since tech and wifi can be iffy to certain things out of our control. The only negative part was there was a huge hole in the wall on the bedroom entrance sharing the living room space so it was an eye sore. "A lovely property, a couple of blocks from the subway, , very comfortable bed, well furnished, easy wifi, noise control is pretty good. Multiple smudges, scratches throughout, in the hallways as well as the apt. Shower head in the bath has peeled painting. The large window doors were locked shut. Opening would have permitted of lovely, gentle breeze. A big (live) cockroach in the middle of the living room floor."
