"Front desk staff not helpful, 2 separate housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very dated and our tub didn’t drain well. "I loved the stay in this hotel, the staff were all very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the shower needs grips because it is very slippery, and the halls smelled a little musty and old. No room service but there are 3 restaurants to choose from inside the hotel- TickTock diner was amazing every time we ate there. I would definitely stay here again if I come to NY!"
