The only problem with my stay last week is that I (and others) stood in line at least 20 minutes to check in because the two check in staff were handling what were clearing complicated situations. I have full faith they knew how to do their jobs. There wasn't enough staff to check in the volume of people. A good manager should have seen this and sprung into action to help. This...

"The hotel is very well situated in Times Square and yet very quiet and very clean. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about New York and rooms were really appointed. Lots of little touches that make a smaller room feel spacious- under the bed storage, little eating area, etc. Super well situated to transit and attractions. Would definitely come again! "
